Auditions for the comedy, Over The River And Through The Woods,  by Joe DiPietro, will be held August 23 and 24, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at the theatre, 4614 Woodbine Road, Pace, FL. The show requires 2 females who can pass for grandmothers, 2 males who can pass for grandfathers, 1 male about 30, and 1 female twenty something.   Show dates are October 7-10 and 14-17

Synopsis;  Nick is single.  His parents have moved to Florida.  That doesn't mean his family isn't still in New Jersey.  He sees both sets of grandparents every sunday for dinner. This is routine until he has to tell them that he's been offered a dream job in Seattle.  This job will take him away from his beloved but annoying grandparents.  The news doesn't sit well with them.  Thus begins a series of schemes to keep Nick around.  Frank, Aida, Nunzio, and Emma do their level best, including inviting the lovely-and single-Caitlin O'Hare to dinner as bait.
